Enter the inner sanctum of Henley's kitchen, where an experiential meal at our Chef's Table awaits. Dependent on the whimsy of our creative captain, each experience will consist of a custom multi-course tasting menu inspired by Tennessee, its rich bounty, and crafted with modernist techniques. An expertly paired selection of beverages may be added to complement the dining experience.
